Forgings forging heat treatment

Forging residual heat quenching:

The deformation occurs during the forging process, and the final forging is finished. According to different materials, the cooling method after pre-cooling or isothermal to the temperature we need is rapidly cooled by water or oil. The forgings are quenched martensite-based structure, which is quenched by residual heat.

Forgings residual heat conditioning:

The forging factory puts the forging blank into the heating furnace and heats it to the forging temperature. After the heat is forged, it is forged. After the final forging, according to different materials, pre-cooling or isothermal to the quenching temperature we need, select the corresponding quenching medium for quenching and cooling. A structure dominated by hardened martensite is obtained. Then high temperature tempering to get the mechanical properties we need. The heat and humidity of the forgings can improve the tensile strength, yield strength, impact fatigue resistance, plasticity, fracture toughness, and reduce the temper brittleness and cost of the alloy structural steel.

Forging waste heat is normalizing:

Forging waste heat annealing:

According to different materials, pre-cooling or isothermally to the temperature we need, we choose to cool in the furnace or in the slow cooling pit to obtain the sheet or spherical carbonization distributed on the ferrite matrix. The main material is the waste heat annealing.
