There are many ways to cut the material, mainly in the following ways:
a. Cutting machine cutting
Use the shearer to cut out the overall length and width of the expanded view. If there is punching or chamfering, the punching machine is combined with the die punching and chamfering forming.
b. Punch blanking
The flat member structure of the unfolded part is punched into a shape on the sheet by one or more steps using a punching machine. The advantages are short labor hours, high efficiency, and reduced processing costs, which are often used in mass production.
c.NC numerical control cutting
When the NC is to be unloaded, the CNC machining program must first be programmed. It is to use the programming software to write the developed drawing into a program recognizable by the NC machining machine. Let it follow the procedure according to these procedures on a piece of iron plate, the structural shape of its flat piece is punched out.
d. Laser cutting
By laser cutting, the structural shape of the flat member is cut out on an iron plate.
4. flanging tapping
The flanging, also known as the puncture, is to draw a slightly larger hole in a smaller base hole and tap the wire. Doing so increases its strength and avoids slippery teeth. Generally used for sheet metal processing with relatively thin thickness. When the plate thickness is large, such as 2.0, 2.5 or more.
5. Punch processing
Generally, the punching machine has the processing methods of punching and chamfering, punching and blanking, punching and convex hull, punching and tearing, and pumping to achieve the processing purpose. The processing requires a corresponding mold to complete the operation. The punching convex hull has a convex overmold, and the ruptured tear has a tear forming die.
Pressing riveting often uses rivet studs, rivet nuts, rivet screws, etc., and the riveting method is generally completed by punching or hydraulic riveting machine, and riveting it to the sheet metal part.
Bending is to fold a 2D flat piece into a 3D part. The processing requires a folding bed and a corresponding bending die to complete the operation. It also has a certain order of bending. The principle is that the first fold does not interfere with the next knife, and the back fold of the interference will occur.
Welding is the welding of multiple parts together for the purpose of machining or the welding of individual parts to increase their strength. The processing side generally has CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, robot welding and the like. The choice of these welding methods is based on actual requirements and materials.
9. Surface treatment
The surface treatment generally has a phosphate film, electroplated multicolored zinc, chromate, baking varnish, oxidation, and the like. The phosphating film is generally used for cold-rolled sheets and electrolytic plates, and its function is mainly to coat a surface of the material sheet with a protective film to prevent oxidation; and then to enhance the adhesion of the paint.

Assembly is an important step in the completion of a product.
