1. Purpose:

Strengthen the management of die-casting molds to ensure the normal maintenance of die-casting molds, ensure the normal production and product quality of die-casting, prolong the service life of die-casting molds, and reduce costs.

2. Scope and responsibilities:

All of our company's die casting mold management and maintenance.

3. Operating procedures:

3.1 The die-casting mold must be placed neatly in the specified area and position.

3.2 The maintenance, maintenance, repair and management of the die-casting mold shall be handled by a special person.

3.3 Die casting mold acceptance:

3.3.1 After the new die-casting mold is completed, the die-casting mold acceptance test shall be carried out according to the “Technical Conditions of Die-casting Die”. After acceptance, the test may be delivered to the workshop. The die-casting mold manager shall count the sprue bushing and the ejector pin. , core and other die-casting mold spare parts, do a good job of identification and classification.

3.3.2 Due to the production needs, when the die-casting mold is transferred out or transported back to the workshop, the die-casting mold manager must do the handover work, and the relevant personnel should do the acceptance work.

3.4 Die Casting File:

After the acceptance of the die-casting mold, the "Management Archives for Die-casting Dies" must be established for regular inspection and proofreading.

3.5 Die Casting Inspection:

3.5.1 Die-casting mold with cooling water, check the cooling water pipe of the die-casting mold with tap water, and it should not be blocked or damaged.

3.5.2 Check that the sliding block, ejector pin and guide post of the die-casting mold should run smoothly, without breakage or jamming.

3.5.3 Carefully inspect the cavity and parting surface of the die-casting mold. The cavity and core are not allowed to be bumped or adhered to foreign bodies; aluminum (copper or zinc) slag and dirt are not allowed in the parting surface and exhaust groove. If necessary, it must be cleaned up.

3.5.4 Check the push-plate ejector push plate and the ejector pin fixed plate, the connection must be firm, and the pull rod hole thread on the ejector push plate must be intact.

3.5.5 Check that the die-casting die ring screws must not have cracks, and the eyebolts must be firmly connected to the die-casting die.

3.5.6 When the die-casting mold is closed, the reset rod should be flush with the parting surface and the ferrule should be in place.
